Sofiya Shreyer
Postdoctoral Fellow
Sofiya Shreyer is a biological anthropologist whose research examines women’s health and reproductive aging. She received her PhD in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her dissertation integrated wearable sensor data, environmental measures, and mixed-methods approaches to investigate whether hot flashes and night sweats represent distinct physiological experiences during menopause. As a postdoctoral researcher in the Kuzawa Lab, her work broadly focuses on women’s reproductive health and aging across the life course, with interests in understanding how biological, social, and environmental factors contribute to variation in health and reproductive experience.
